All TDL modules, source codes, files, and designs provided on this platform are intellectual property of Creative Sales & Services. Purchased modules are licensed for your specific Tally Serial Number and must not be redistributed, sold, or modified without prior written authorization.
All pricing is listed in INR. Payments are handled via Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of software delivery (compiled TDL files), all sales are final once compiled files are delivered, unless explicitly covered by a separate refund policy agreed in writing.
Custom TDL requirements are scoped individually. We make best efforts to deliver configurations that meet your specifications. However, we do not guarantee suitability for configurations outside of standard supported Tally Prime releases.
In no event shall Creative Sales & Services be liable for any data loss, business interruption, or financial damages arising from the use or inability to use our modules.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
